Amelia Watts Personal Trainer
Throughout her 25 years as a health, fitness and well-being professional, Amelia has guided hundreds of clients to transformative and lasting results. Her method is rooted in her Bachelor and Master degrees in Sport Science from Loughborough University, the UK’s leading sport science institution. Her academic knowledge is complemented by ongoing efforts to expand and deepen her professional expertise.
Amelia is also a high-performance athlete. Having competed internationally as a junior badminton player, she has transitioned to become an accomplished long-distance and ultra-marathon runner. Her achievements include winning the inaugural Windstrubel 108 race (2022) and top-five finishes in the Salomon Cappadocia Ultra Trail (2019), Mozart100 (2018) and the Marathon Des Sables (2013), all part of the Ultra Trail World Series. She has also successfully completed two Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) races, finishing 18th (2015) and 22nd (2018) woman, and won multiple trail races in Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom.
